-Entity Filtering: Fixed an issue where filtering by entity did not account for entity tags applied at the document level, causing relevant folders and files to be missed.
-Entity Deletion Permissions: Fixed an issue where a representative could not delete an entity they had just created inside a corporate vault.
-Clearer Duplicate Account Messaging: Updated the "email already in use" message so it only appears for that specific reason, in both English and French.
-Accurate Upload Attribution: Fixed an issue where bulk uploads showed inconsistent "Uploaded By" names between the Activity Log and Dashboard Recent Activity.

-More Flexible Data Tables: Advisors and admins managing large numbers of clients now have significantly more control over how data tables are displayed across the platform. You can drag and drop columns into any order that suits your workflow, resize columns to show more or less detail, and scroll horizontally to access additional columns without losing context. These changes apply across most data tables in the platform, including client lists, document views, checklists, audit logs, and more.
-Mobile-Friendly Tables: Data tables now scroll properly on mobile and smaller screens, so you can access the information you need regardless of device.
Bug Fixes
Last Sign In Sort Order: Sorting by Last Sign In now returns results in the correct order.

New Feature
-Collaborators View: Admin Portal now includes a dedicated Collaborators tab, giving administrative users a single consolidated view of every collaborator across all vaults. The table displays collaborator name, contact type, email, associated vaults, role, status, last active date, and MFA status. Clicking into any collaborator opens a detail page with their profile, activity log, and an Access tab showing every vault they can reach, along with email, status, and expiration date where applicable.
Improvements & Enhancements
-Vault Owner File Permissions: Administrators can now grant Vault Owners and Co-Owners the ability to move or delete files and folders that were uploaded by administrative users. Two independent permission switches control this, both off by default, so governance and compliance defaults are preserved. Locked and template folders remain protected regardless of this setting.
-MFA Management for Users: Administrators can now manage Multi-Factor Authentication settings for all users in the same way they currently manage MFA for clients, bringing consistent security controls across the full platform.
-Collaborator Add by Email: Vault owners can now add a collaborator using an email address that already exists anywhere in the system. The platform recognizes the existing user, reuses their record, and adds them as a collaborator without blocking the action due to tier structure or User tab visibility. The added collaborator appears in the collaborator section immediately after resolution.
-Extended Unicode Support in Web Upload: A broader range of Unicode characters are now accepted during web upload, reducing errors for users working with international file names and content.
-Improved Upload Time Estimates: The estimated time remaining shown during web uploads is now calculated more accurately, giving users a more reliable sense of progress on larger uploads.
-API Updates: The file list API has been improved, and descriptions for AI-related APIs have been updated for greater clarity.
-French Email Templates: French-language email templates have been reviewed and updated to ensure accuracy and consistency for French-speaking users.

This release also includes internal tooling improvements to expedite support requests.

New Features
-Live Links: When sharing documents from FutureVault, you can now share an entire live folder rather than individual files. Files added to or removed from that folder are automatically reflected in the share. No need to send a new link. A full log of all active shares is available, and any share can be edited or revoked at any time.
-Vault Retention: A new Retention Hold state gives head office teams a compliant way to manage client vaults after a relationship ends. Vaults in Retention Hold preserve all documents securely, remain hidden from advisors, and track a configurable retention period. When that period expires, the vault moves to Retention Hold End, where head office can choose to reactivate the client or proceed with deletion. All transitions are fully audited with reasons and timestamps.

-Larger Share Limits: Share links can now include more than 20 files, removing a previous restriction that affected larger document packages.
